Mein Luxus Reisen AG is a premium mobility and travel company operating in passenger transport and selected freight services. To ensure full legal compliance and efficient transport operations, we are seeking a licensed Traffic Manager for passenger and freight transport.

Your Responsibilities

• Legal and professional responsibility for passenger and freight transport operations

• Ensuring compliance with Swiss transport regulations (ASTRA, ARV, SVG, CZV) and applicable EU rules

• Monitoring driving and rest times, working hours, and safety standards

• Professional supervision and coordination of drivers and transport staff

• Responsibility for vehicle management (registration, inspections, maintenance, insurance)

• Main contact for authorities, regulatory bodies, and insurers

• Ensuring all permits, licenses, and mandatory documentation are valid and up to date

• Supporting management in operational and compliance-related matters

Your Profile

• Valid and recognized Traffic Manager License for passenger and/or freight transport (Switzerland)

• Experience in road transport or mobility services is an advantage

• Solid knowledge of Swiss transport and labor legislation

• Reliable, structured, and compliance-oriented working style

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility

• Good command of German and English

• Confident use of digital systems and documentation tools
