Responsibility
BlueCallom’s Customer Success Manager (AI Solutions) will help enterprise customers find the best AI solution for their business. You will work with our Enterprise AI Specialists whenever needed.
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing large Enterprise AI deals. The proverb “The best salespeople in the world never sold a thing” resonates with your understanding of modern sales.
- Build strong relationships to foster long-term business partnerships.
- You are not a deep dive technology expert but a trusted relationship manager who has access to the best experts whenever needed.
- You work internally with agents, so you have roughly 80% of your time for and with customers.
About you
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales (100k+ deal size).
- You are no stranger to solution selling and understand corporate sales efforts.
- You are familiar with the AI space and the corresponding cloud services environment.
- You are looking forward to working with advanced AI Agent technology, so you don’t need to deal with sales funnels, forecasting, sales reports, CRM data entries, and other conventional sales administration tasks.
Qualification
Target Market Experience
- You have experience working with enterprises between 1,000 and 10,000 employees and how companies of that size work, what they require from a vendor like us and how to engage with them.
- Your friendly, helpful, and inspiring attitude opens many doors.
- You know to use CRM systems and keep track of follow-ups
Technology affinity
- You are impressed by AI technology and its rapid evolution
- Well-versed with ChatGPT.
- You know that you don’t need to be a technologist to ensure the success of our customers.
General Customer Relationship Talent
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role in a fast-growing organization.
- Connect with a large number of people every day.
- Research customer insights to gauge their potential benefits from working with us.
- Ensuring that top opportunities are best supported and connected internally
- Deeply understand every prospect or existing customer before reaching out.
- Be deeply personalized and creative in your approach.

Our office is next to the lake, the opera, and the city center. There are tram/bus stops, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance.
Home office won’t work for us.
