Responsibilities

As a Specialist Physician in Psychiatry, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care to patients via remote consultations.
• Diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with Swiss healthcare regulations.
• Participating in case discussions and continuous professional development activities.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Board certification as a Specialist Physician in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (Facharzt für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie) - FMH
• Valid medical license to practice in Switzerland (Berufsausübungbewilligung)
• Proven experience in psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Englisch and German (required); additional languages such as French or Italian are a plus.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for remote consultations.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of care.
