Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing marketing and sales strategies, including managing social media campaigns, creating newsletters, updating website content and SEO and launching new promotions.
• Coordinate print materials across hotels, agencies, and internal graphic & communication departments.
• Monitor KPI’s to track the success of marketing efforts.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Support cross-functional projects impacting the Michel Reybier Group as a whole.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales within hospitality, luxury industry or agencies.
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proactive team player with a tendency to take initiative.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
