Our client, a leading global player in the industrial minerals industry with modern offices in the Zurich area, is looking for a self-motivated, creative and energetic Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) to start immediately in a temporary assignment for the next six months, with a strong possibility for an extension or a permanent take over.
Description
In this position the selected candidate will be responsible for the following task areas:
- Support management and assignment of leads generated via various channels
- Organization of internal and external events in collaboration with the sales team
- Support monthly performance analysis & reporting, including for Key Accounts as needed
- Organization of clients travel Management
- Work very closely with the sales force of your marketing area and the regional offices as well as with the internal departments on site
- Support creation of sales presentations and commercial data prior to important visits
- Provide support to sales & market information gathering and prepare presentations for meeting
Profile
In order to be considered for the role, the selected candidate must have:
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a multinational environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, additional languages are a plus
- Work experience with SAP, Sales Force preferred
- Able to set priorities and manage time efficiently
- Flexible and independent individual with the ability to adapt (agility & flexibility) in a fast-growing environment
- Excellent communication skills, service and quality orientated personality
- Self-motivated, creative thinking and problem-solving person with hands-on approach
- Well organized and communicative personality with an accurate way of working
