  • Lead the global demand planning process to develop the consensus demand plan
  • Set up the global planning timeline (incl. alignments, communication)
  • Lead the process of global forecast collection, set up tools, provide guidance and support to the planning groups as a proactive business partner
  • Consolidate the global demand figures from all regions, channels and product groups
  • As part of the demand review process measure KPI's (e.g. FC accuracy) identify gaps to budget, risks and opportunities and report in the S&OP process
  • Run the periodical demand review meeting to challenge & align consolidated demand figures cross-functionally with controlling, category management, regional sales and product management
  • Share the consensus demand plan into the supply planning / open to buy process
  • Run and further develop the rolling (demand) planning process for NOOS and other relevant items
  • Support/lead planning related E2E projects
  • Completed Commercial education, further education in business, financial management, operations or supply chain management would be an advantage
  • Experience in fashion industry and in demand planning would be a plus
  • Structured and effective way of working within a cross-functional team environment even under pressure
  • Strong communication, analytical and lateral leadership skills
  • Global and proactive mindset striving for continuous improvement in the E2E process
  • Solid user of Microsoft Office with good Excel skills
  • Business fluent in English, other languages would be an added value
  • Passionate about the mountains and outdoor sports in general
