Senior Content Manager (native English speaker)

Based in Geneva, the candidate will be responsible for producing and implementing content for the Lombard Odier Group Content Team in Marketing and Communications. He/she will write articles, support on research papers, editorial materials and support on events-related content with a focus on sustainable investing, private banking expertise and CSR. Responsibilities include copywriting, proofreading and editing of content and project management across the Group.

YOUR MISSION:

Writing original content and content project management

Responsible for promoting our sustainability and private baking expertise, strengthening our positioning, and helping to reinforce Lombard Odier’s visibility in this space.

• Write original sustainable related content intended for external use across a range of topics such as sustainable investing, sustainable strategy, sustainable companies, fund launches, post-event content and corporate content.
• Write original articles and web pages for private banking expertise including wealth management, wealth planning, award submissions, advertorials, client materials and papers.
• Contributing to sustainable research papers and condensing them into relevant web and marketing formats.
• Create or trans-create sustainable articles, web pages, event content, videos scripts and social media posts for our external channels.
• Manage content-related editorial projects that link both holistiQ Investment strategies and LO Group branding initiatives.
• Manage the yearly publication of the Group’s Annual Sustainability Report.
• Working closely with and liaising with our research teams to ensure the editorial calendars are aligned and up to date.
• Create external relationships with companies in order to create video or editorial articles that support the business strategy.
• Promote new and interactive ways to create engaging editorial for our websites.
• Optimise online content, traffic and SEO practises.

Proofreading & Quality Control

Responsible for ensuring the quality of the language as well as the consistency of style and messages of the content published on websites and social media

• Proofread/adapt English content written by internal or external contributors and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Ensure the management, coordination and timely implementation of content projects, effectively liaising with all relevant internal and external stakeholders;

DESIRED PROFILE:

• BSC degree or higher in Journalism/Business studies/Languages/Economics or a related field;
• Experience working in financial journalism, or content writing at a wealth or asset manager
• Strong experience in an sustainable investing/investment writing/content management role within banking/sustainable research,
• Experience and strong interest in project management and digital marketing;
• Must be native English speaker , conversational French required
• Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution;
• Hands on experience with MS Office and other publishing tools;
• Team-oriented and stress-resilient personality
• An eye for detail along with critical thinking;
• At ease dealing with complexity and pressure: prioritising and multitasking.
