This position offers to a young energetic person the opportunity of a junior operations role within the commodity business. You will assist our operations team.

Your tasks

Assist in our daily logistic process as follows:

• Arrange /collect payments
• Issue and checking contracts 
• Coordinate material deliveries and stocks, documentation, invoicing, payments, client exposure control and claim handling
• Assist in Vessel chartering, bulk or container, in co-operation with our brokers, organizing truck and rail or release of material in warehouse.
• Keep track of the hedging position together with the operations team and our traders.

Your skills and talents

• Commercial apprenticeship or bachelor
• Organized working skills with attention to detail
• Committed and team-oriented personality with a high level of commitment
• Fluent English (additional languages like German beneficial)
• Willing to learn, as well as interested in the logisitc process of commodity trading
• Ideally intermediate knowlede of: Excel, Word, Outlook
