Your responsibilities:

 

  • Help drive the delivery of transformational and change initiatives through active participation and engagement
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders, mainly air traffic controllers, product managers/owners and architects, to define the change scope (MVP) and associated artifacts
  • Define business use case and elicit requirements to meet the required business capabilities
  • Assure the link with the enterprise architecture by aligning with architects
  • Support the necessary prototyping and simulation activities to prepare implementation and user acceptance
  • Contribute or lead testing and documentation activities
  • Use business analysis skills to derive and write clear business concepts or white papers
  • Act as Operation's stakeholder representative within and outside Skyguide
     
Your profile:

 

  • University Master degree or comparable, specialization in Aviation or ATM Business is an asset
  • Proven experience in business requirements engineering and business process engineering
  • Proven working experience with agile methods and frameworks is an asset 
  • Strong skills to foster collaboration, drive innovation as well at a conceptual level
  • Strategic thinking and ability to see and manage the big picture and to implement new ways of working
  • Ability to inspire results through analysis and visual representation
  • Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written), French and/or German is an asset
  • Travels to branch offices within Switzerland are frequently required
