This is a full-time permanent position offering the chance to lead significant projects in a dynamic environment.

YOUR MISSION

Reporting to the Department Leader, you will be pivotal in managing 1-2 key company programs. You will lead core teams across multiple functions including Marketing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Development, Assay R&D, Systems R&D.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Lead planning and execution of strategic programs and new product development.
• Organise and chair program- level meetings to ensure cross-stream alignment.
• Manage relationship with external partners & consultants effectively.
• Collaborate with the Executive Management and Governance teams to achieve program & portfolio objectives in line with the agreed strategy.
• Communicate goals and timelines with all key stakeholders & steering committee.
• Monitor project & program progress, providing formal updates to senior management as required.
• Identify, assess, and address program & portfolio challenges, risks, facilitating decision-making and resolution with senior leadership.
• Ensure rapid escalation of project-level risks and issues, promoting swift resolution.
• Maintain ongoing communication with all internal and external stakeholders regarding program activities.
• Drive the continual improvement of PMO methodologies and competencies aligning with operational & strategic objectives.

YOUR COMPETENCIES

• Master’s degree in Scientific or Engineering field with a professional qualification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in project management, preferably leading complex technical projects within the Life Sciences and/or medical devices sector.
• In-depth knowledge of design controls & the regulatory submission process for CE Mark and/or FDA
• results-driven with a focus on leading projects to successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage both detailed tactical and broad strategic challenges.
• A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
