Here in the School of Health Professions , we are passionate about health care for people of all ages. Based on the latest research, we educate and train staff in the fields of nursing, obstetrics, physiotherapy as well as nutrition & dietetics. In our applied and practical research we aim for sound, appropriate healthcare provision and efficient treatment methods.

What you'll be doing here

  • Make a significant contribution to successful research and consulting projects in health economics and health policy
  • Acquire and analyze routine health care or administrative data, design empirical studies and perform statistical analyses
  • Write research proposals, technical reports and publications, present research results at workshops and conferences
  • Management of small research projects or work packages of larger projects and collaborate closely with other project members
  • Act as the point of contact for external partners within research projects.

What you'll bring with you

  • Master's in economics, statistics, epidemiology or any other quantitative science, PhD is optional
  • Strong quantitative skills with proven record of quantitative empirical work
  • Proficient user of R, Stata, Python, Matlab, SAS or any similar software package
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written German, proficient in spoken and written English
  • Excellent project management and self-organization skills as well as strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
