Requirements

• Co-design and further development of information security processes (ISMS)
• Identification and assessment of risks based on threat and vulnerability analyses
• Consulting and support of IT and OT departments regarding the implementation of security requirements and processes
• Function as contact person and specialist expert for our security champions
• Collaboration and evaluation of IT and OT security architectures in coordination with IT / OT architects
• Assessment of protection needs analyses and ISDS concepts
• Project management and project cooperation in the Cyber Security Program
• Higher training and further education in the IT and cyber security environment (HF, FH, ETH, Uni)
• Profound professional experience as a Senior Information Security Officer (min. 3-5 years)
• Prior practical experience in the role of IT/OT security engineer or security architect (min. 5 years)
• Ideally, professional experience in the field of OT security in an energy company
• Successful implementation of security frameworks such as ISO 2700x, NISTCSF and processing as well as further development of an ISMS
• Experience with professional execution of cyber security projects as a project manager as well as excellent and step-by-step communication
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German as well as good knowledge of English
