Profiel kandidaat

• You are preparing a Bac+2, Bac+3 or Bac+4 level qualification
• You are enrolled in a business school, professional degree, BUT or BTS
• You have a specialization in international trade
• You are proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• You have a perfect command of English
• You are methodical, rigorous and autonomous,
• You are a team player with good interpersonal skills.

Activiteiten

The work-study student's main tasks will be:

Customer management:

• Participation in supplying customers in France and abroad
• organization of export shipments in collaboration with production sites and carriers,
• Reporting
• developing and deploying reporting for new customers.
• support for Total Lubrifiants subsidiaries in terms of information feedback.

The team's activities are very cross-functional and it is very important that the student is comfortable with teamwork and working on a wide range of subjects in an international context.

Working within the Automotive Lubricants Division, the Project Manager will be part of the 6-strong Major Accounts Partnership Customer Service (PGC/B2B) team. As part of his/her mission, he/she will assist the customer service department in managing customer relations (from inventory management to debt collection).

The PGC/B2B team is based in Paris, with 13 Key Account Managers spread across the main growth markets.
