In this position, you will work in an international working environment, with open-minded, ambitious, and enthusiastic coworkers. You will
work on civil and military aircraft (helicopters, fix-wing and UAV) and state of the art mission systems, with the great opportunity to help
refine our system development process, getting involved in all phases from conceptual design to lab and flight testing. In this function you
will work in our Engineering Center in Emmen.

  • Requirement Capture, feasibility and initial design concept
definition
  • Lead the plan, development, prototyping, testing, integration and certification of electrical and avionics systems in accordance with recognized systems
engineering practices
  • Manage external supplier and liaise with customers, procurement, sales and authorities on a technical level
  • Lead internal and with customer Design Review
  • Write and review System Safety Analysis /Functional Hazard Analysis
  • Support New Technology and Innovation Projects

What you should bring with you

  • University Degree in electrical or aerospace engineering
  • 5 years of relevant experience in in the aerospace, or similar
safety critical industry in a systems engineering role.
  • Experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of electrical power gen and distribution design is
advantage
  • Knowledge of FMS, HUD and FCS systems is advantage
  • Working knowledge of FAA/EASA certification requirements
  • Experience in requirements management and tools such as
DOORS is advantage.
  • Self-starter with ability to take ownership of received tasks as
well as to handle multiple activities simultaneously ensuring
correct prioritization to meet a set schedule
  • Lateral Management skills and ability to work in a dynamic and
multicultural team
  • Fluency in English (C1), German will be an advantage
