Your Impact

  • Work in a dynamic and international environment on fast-paced SAP transformation programs, focusing on the design and implementation of advanced profitability and performance management (PaPM) solutions enabled by SAP and S/4HANA.
  • Analyze our client's business finance and controlling processes, gather requirements, and provide best-in-class advice on the design and implementation of PaPM solutions to optimize financial performance and reporting.
  • Manage sub-projects and lead teams of functional consultants and client staff, ensuring the successful delivery of SAP PaPM and related finance modules.
  • Acquire a broad range of technical and soft skills through on-the-job and off-the-job training, enhancing your proficiency in SAP PaPM, financial management, and performance optimization.Be part of a growing, dynamic team that blends SAP innovation and industry expertise, particularly in banking and insurance, to deliver cutting-edge financial management solutions.

Your Skill Set

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP PaPM, SAP Finance (Controlling), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including cost/revenue allocation and financial consolidation.
  • Proven experience in the banking and insurance industries, with an understanding of their unique financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in SAP solutions/modules (FI/CO, PaPM, EPM).
  • SAP certification in PaPM and/or Finance modules is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive, "can do" attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities, particularly in financial management and performance optimization.
  • Fluency in English and preferrable in German. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible to work on engagements in Switzerland and/or abroad.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
