What you'll do

  • Responsibilities in the Compliance team regarding client opening and KYC due diligence procedures
  • Implementation of KYC/AML policies and regulations (AMLA, AMLO FINMA, CDB 20, FINSA, FINIA etc.)
  • Documentation and life cycle management of relationships incl. update of client documentation
  • Responsibilities regarding Compliance reviews and reporting
  • Responsibilities regarding compilation and preparation of the necessary documentation for internal and external audit examinations
  • Contract and template management
  • Storage of relevant documents and database maintenance
  • Draft of internal Legal and Compliance notes
  • Support in other core Compliance tasks, including daily interaction with front office

What you'll need

  • Master degree in Law, Compliance, Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • Active interest in financial markets and regulations, in particular AML
  • Dedicated and responsible with strong team-player attitude
  • Independent and solution oriented approach
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage own goals and set up priorities
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Good MS Office Skills
