Lead and manage a team of machine learning engineers to develop and implement cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms that drive business value and innovation. Implement and evaluate machine learning models together with the team and align them with set iniatives. Shape the teams strategy with overall business objectives and ensuring they deliver measurable impact. IHRE AUFGABEN

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms
• Manage a team of machine learning engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities
• Define and implement best practices, standards and process to ensure quality, reliability, and maintainability of machine learning solutions
• Support  engineers and developers to design, adapt and evaluate machine learning models
• Evaluate the performance of machine learning models using appropriate metrics, evaluation sets and techniques, and continuously iterate and improve upon them
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams, data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems and processes
• Communicate complex machine learning concepts and results to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of machine learning solutions
• Stay up to date on the latest research and best practices in machine learning and artificial intelligence, and apply them to solve real-world problems
