AG is seeking an experienced Modern Asian Cuisine Chef wanting to carry on their career atour busy Modern Asian Restaurant in Zurich, Switzerland.We are an open kitchen, Modern Asian Restaurant. We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Kitchen Chef that is passionate about delivering the basics of kitchen operations brilliantly as well as maintaining and exceeding the standards of cleanliness and food excellence.

The ideal candidate will have culinary training and experience working in a Pan-Asian restaurant, as well as

• Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast-paced environment is essential.• Passion for culinary and the ability to work as part of a team, portray good leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of wok cooking techniques and Pan-Asian cuisine, as well as food hygiene and health safety practice should be of an excellent standard.• Command of English and basic German language is also essential.• Valid work visa for Switzerland or EU passport is required.• Availability to work full-time and be flexible.• Be able to handle a high pressure and fast pace kitchen environment.
