Reporting into the Country FSM, as a Regional Field Sales Manager you are responsible for a given region for the business performance across Retail and Telco Apple channels while upholding the highest standards of customer experience. You will lead a team of Apple Solution Consultants who will be delivering business results in their stores. This includes ensuring that the Apple and virtual teams are selling the complete Apple product solutions to all prospective and current customers, ensuring that merchandising standards are met and maintained, achieving sales targets and eco system attach rates and ensuring the highest levels of customer service. As the most senior Apple representative in the region, you are in charge of the business relationship with the senior management of our partners in region to ensure Apple strategy is well implemented including driving sales engagement e.g. through AEP (Apple Excellence Program). It is thus expected you have a strong business insight, commercial drive and extraordinary interpersonal and influencing skills. As a natural leader, you will mainly take care of the large retail and telco partners. You will influence the team and the partner to drive sales opportunities and elevate customer experience the Apple way, where the customer is surprised and delighted in every interaction with Apple products and services in the assigned region.
Description
Increase sales at Apple Shop stores, encouraging the team to discover customers' needs, deliver individual consultancy and create customer experiences that improve Apple dedication. Enable the field team to succeed in improving their teams’ performance, ensure excellent merchandising standards and the highest levels of customer service and integrity is being delivered on a continual basis in our Apple Shops. Work with store management within the channel to establish and maintain outstanding relationships to positively impact business and growth. Establish communications with the Retailers’ senior management to implement and deliver Apple advised initiatives. Be a proactive part of global Field Staff management teams, contributing to the design of best in class initiatives and learning from other markets. Constantly analyse performance to suggest how our staffing model should evolve to be ahead of target growth curve, being able to both gain internal consensus and execute the change. Infuse the Sales business vision into the field team and at the same time be very involved in overall sales team activities to ensure revenue targets are being fulfilled. Attract and select top talent, and then enable, empower and develop a highly engaged field sales team, with worldwide initiatives.
