Client DATA Analyst Intern

As a part of the Fashion Regional Marketing team, you will report to the Client Engagement manager and will focus on client intelligence and communication.

In this role you will work with the markets of the region (Switzerland, Latin America & India) on multiple topics gaining a valuable experience on client data analysis, project coordination, and contribute to the overall success of our regional organization.

Responsibilities

Client Intelligence:

  • Utilise tools and platforms to gather and analyse clients’ data.
  • Update monthly KPIs to nurture clients’ insights and support the clienteling program.
  • Participate in the creation of the training pack for our clienteling tool.
  • Develop analytic dashboard to support business decisions.
  • Interact with markets of the region, providing key insights about their clients.
  • Interact with IT and Digital department to support cross-department projects.

Client Communication:

  • Coordinate 1-to-many communication and liaise between the global team and regional digital team.
  • Share digital communication assets with markets within the region (1-to-1 communication).
  • Coordinate and follow-up the orders of printed communication assets and clients’ gifts.
  • Collect market feedback and share them with regional and global team.
  • Update and nurture the monthly marketing newsletter, to be shared with the markets of the region.
  • Analyse clients’ communication campaigns results.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Master Degree program (Engineering, Business School, Specialised Master in data analytics), you have a successful first international experience.

With an analytical mindset and at ease with database and data crunching, you are willing to contribute to Regional Client Data analysis.

Detailed oriented and with excellent organisational abilities, you are willing to work on the set-up of new procedures and tools.

With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you appreciate to work in a multicultural team and are interested in discovering the world of Fashion and Luxury

Fluent in English and French, other languages are a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Campaign and BI are a plus.

This internship will be based in our Geneva offices for a duration of 6 months, starting on August 26th.
