• You’ll be assigned a Supply Chain expert who will act as your mentor
• You'll participate with senior consultants in the implementation team of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects with local customers and major international accounts. 
• You understand customer issues, analyze their needs.
• You identify the ERP functions to be implemented and possible gaps, you support your customers in the use.
• You’ll work with the business and interface with IT. 
• You imagine solutions that will subtly combine the needs expressed, suggestion of workarounds and added value,
• You will test your streams (end to end sub-processes).
• You’ll participate in synchronization meeting with other domain and understand all major processes of a company.
• You'll advise your customer to build their reporting and KPI.

• 10+ years’ experience in implementing Dynamics 365 in an IT service company
• Trained in engineering or business school or equivalent
• Ideally you will have gained ERP experience, in project mode, within a consulting firm or Dynamics 365 service company.
• You have very good process knowledge in industrial and commercial companies,
• At least some initial experience of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain (basic functional and technical knowledge), manufacturing and/or Project Operations would be an asset.
• You enjoy discovering and learning new features of the solution and sharing your knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in French and English, German is a plus and other languages an asset
