Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Process Validation Engineer (PVE) in the department of our Process Validation Microbiology (PVM) led by Dr. Ciming Li. The PVM team consists of specialists from diverse cultural, educational and professional backgrounds. Our team is specialized in de-contamination (H2O2 and ebeam) process development and validation for pharmaceutical Isolators, which is a key element in the aseptic manufacturing for sterile drug products. As member of this team, you will have the possibility travelling worldwide to support our Pharma customers for their life-saving projects.

 

Responsibilities

  • Development and set-up of decontamination processes
  • Qualification and optimization of existing processes
  • Creation of test protocols and test reports
  • Troubleshooting, Consulting
  • Internal and external training of our customers, presentations at company and international congresses
  • This task leads you to our customers in the pharmaceutical industry in Europe and overseas (up to 50%)
  • Cross-departmental further development of our processes

 

Hardskills

  • University or technical college degree in a scientific discipline or pharmaceutical engineering
  • Technical understanding
  • Experience in the life science industry
  • Driving licence 
  • English business fluent and good German or French knowledge
