Your tasks

  • Act as a business partner to the Sales Organisation by taking responsibility for the global sales and purchase processes

  • Generate financial sales reports and analysis

  • Prepare sales commission calculations and performance reviews for the Sales Directors

  • Calculate stock entry value for each purchase

  • In collaboration with the sales team, ensure that payments for sold goods are collected timely according to invoiced terms

  • Be the contact person in relation to financial matters, where appropriate or requested

  • Develop and document processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls and accuracy

  • Involvement in ad-hoc projects

Your profile

  • University degree in Finance/Business administration

  • Minimum of 4 years' controlling experience (Sales/Opex/Business controlling) in an international organisation

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact well with Management

  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as German would be an asset

  • High numerical literacy

  • Excellent Excel skills as well as good working knowledge of ERP systems

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

  • Detail-oriented, dependable, discreet and trustworthy
