Your mission will be to support the Corporate Sustainability Team in delivering the ESG Reports and due-diligence applicable to Franke Group's journey towards net-zero emissions, keeping in mind current and upcoming reporting standards & guidelines, as well as regulatory frameworks (such as GRI, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, etc). You will also be involved with Franke's SBTi and CDP reporting cycles.

Your responsibilities
  • Collect, review, validate and monitor data that will subside the reporting process, ranging from product level to group level
  • Ensure the alignment of the data and its analyses to the relevant and applicable standards, legislation and regulations
  • Support the editorial process of Franke's Sustainability Reports
  • Exchange with different stakeholders in multiple Franke locations
  • Assist and occasionally onboard colleagues in reporting required information
  • Support the digitalization and automation of the reporting processes and datasets
Your profile
  • A degree in Economics, Political Sciences, Business, Statistics, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability or equivalent fields
  • 3 years of experience in ESG, Reporting, Compliance, Audit or Assurance in large organizations with international scope
  • Knowledge in - and preferably additional training on - reporting standards & guidelines, as well as regulatory frameworks, current and upcoming (such as GRI, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, etc)
  • Experience collecting, processing and validating data for reporting purposes
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills in English
  • Command of the German language is highly desirable
  • Experience working with ERPs such as SAP or PBS
  • Experience with SBTi, CDP and Sedex
  • A strong affinity and passion for sustainability
