Job description

The Procurement Coordinator Packaging ensures that items and services are purchased from suppliers and delivered according to agreed terms. An important aspect of this role is to seek maximum value for the business through time and cost agreements.

Main tasks will include:

  • Packaging/Packing orders management and tracking in our SAP Purchasing module
  • Weekly packaging forecasts
  • Daily / Weekly analysis of stocks and of orders (quantity/timing) in order to ensure the continuity of the Daily Business and Supply Chain. Replenishment if necessary.
  • MRP analysis in order to plan the quantities / timing needed for new collections.
  • Assure integrity and follow-up of Master Data for new items.
  • Prepare different purchasing and stocks statistics
  • Control of invoices
  • End of year archives
  • Provide assistance the team during the absences
  • Provide assistance Head of Packaging & General Supplies


Profile :

  • Commercial degree
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, MRP, Illustrator

Professional requirements

Besides being a team player and perseverant, you are able to work under pressure. Thanks to your organisation skills, you can manage multiple projects. You have a very good sense of initiative.


In addition, you possess excellent communications skills and are fluent in English, German and/or French.
