VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional EDI Data Auditor to join our Management Accounting Team team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As part of the Management Accounting team, the EDI Data Auditor will be responsible for managing all aspects of electronic data interchange data audit mainly focusing on sellout and inventory data of key accounts.

The EDI Data Auditor will also be responsible to Follow up and collaborate with customers or internal functions to investigate and resolve errors.

The EDI Data Auditor will contribute to the benefit of the organization ensuring the quality of crucial data needed by VF brands to measure customers performance and analyze consumer behavior supporting better trading. Data Audit will contribute also fostering accurate inventory management and being key information leveraged within corporate strategic projects.

Main areas of responsibility

Sellout and inventory:

• Perform routine audit of EDI data transactions and documents to identify discrepancies, errors, and non-compliance with established standards and guidelines.
• Follow up and collaborate with customers or internal functions to investigate and resolve errors.
• Run, analyze and distribute reports to stakeholders.
• Analyze sellout and inventory transmissions data to identify missing sales days, missing inventory days, missing or unknown barcodes, duplicates, spikes.
• Communicate with customers, internal functions and EDI providers to manage errors.
• Escalate blockers or issues involving the interested functions to minimize disruptions to business operations.
• Suggest enhancements or fixes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sellout and inventory data internal inquiries and issues, providing support and guidance to internal teams and external trading partners.
• Monitor VF EDI PRICAT, order response, dispatch advise, invoice and inventory transmissions quality leveraging internal, customer’s and providers tools and reporting.
• Monitor transmissions quality leveraging internal, customers’ and providers’ tools.

Skills for Success

To succeed as EDI Data Auditor is required a strong attention to details, ability to analyze complex data sets as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven at least 1 year experience of working with data audit.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work fast, independently and collaborate with other key organization functions.
• Strong understanding of business needs.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Critical thinking and focus on service.
• Strong knowledge about EDI flows and EDI integration with customers would be a plus.
