In order to support and assist the Haute Horlogerie Sales training manager, based in Neuchâtel, in the daily tasks and projects from May to October 2024, we are recruiting a talented:
Haute Horlogerie Sales & Training Trainee
Managing the administrative duties related to training activities, organizing budget files, purchasing orders creation, tracking invoicing and payments in coordination with suppliers, finance department and High-end commercial team in Rome.
Enter and maintain data into a training database, including completing records of participation
Maintain training equipment and records
Assist in Showcase set up and training preparation, as well as in studio’s preparation and trainings sessions
Assist in full-filling reports on retention and participation in training programs
Assists in providing internal product info details and assets for the HH Sales training managerto create HEW training material or internal digital communication (Yammer club, newsletters)
Responsible for searching and providing assets from Internet and social media (visual assets, information)
Assisting in focused and detailed competition information research and gap analyses
Organizing, filing, and maintaining training materials database on shared folders
Holding a bachelor’s degree in education, marketing, or business administration, you have a 1-2 years’ experience ideally in the luxury field (preferably in the watchmaking industry). A first experience in a training department would be an asset.
You have a good understanding of a business environment and good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook), the use of Share point and Microsoft forms being an advantage.
Organized, results and detail-oriented, you can handle multiple tasks and work within tight deadlines.
Committed, curious and enjoying research, you are easily adaptable to a dynamic everyday environment and are open at bringing creative and innovative ideas.
Fluent in English and French, and thanks to your interpersonal skills, you feel comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
