Description

You will report directly to the HR Director/Head of function and will have the following operational and strategic HR responsibilities:

At local level in global HQ:

  • Manage and develop the HR team ensuring high quality of HR performance
  • Define and ensure efficient HR structures/practices/processes/documents and make sure these are in alignment with global HR strategy, company culture, HR policies and Swiss legislation
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing guidance to leaders on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with Recruiters to attract, recruit and onboard top talents. Own recruiting activities for Senior positions
  • Support the local implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives
  • Partner with business/functional leadership during times of organizational change, providing change management expertise and support
  • Support the local implementation of global talent development initiatives, career pathing and succession planning

At global level:

  • Co-define, establish and maintain best practice discipline around compensation approaches to annual salary review process, job evaluations, promotions, etc. OR around Talent Management processes
  • Be coach and advisor to the global HR team on best practices

Profile

  • University degree or further education in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any relevant field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Senior HR Manager and/or HR Business Partner
  • Extensive knowledge of HR practices, policies, and Swiss employment law
  • Broad experience in different HR functional areas such as Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, Performance & Change Management, Employee Relations AND/OR Compensation & Benefits
  • Excellent command of both German and English, a fair level of French would be an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to build structure and processes in a pragmatic way
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Solution-orientated leader with good decision-making skills who knows how to foster a positive work environment and to drive organizational effectiveness
