The Opportunity
Join our dynamic Engineering team as a Project Lead Engineer and take charge of technically leading the execution and tendering of cutting-edge eMobility electric power supply infrastructure projects—including DC charging solutions for electric buses. You’ll shape technical solutions, lead engineering efforts across MV & LV distribution systems and power conversion equipment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence.
If you're passionate about sustainable mobility and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is your chance to make a real impact.
How you’ll make an impact
Lead the technical execution and tendering of eMobility electrical infrastructure projects (e.g., bus depots, terminal charging stations)
Own all engineering activities across project lifecycles—from concept to commissioning
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams (Sales, R&D, Product Specialists, Supply chain, Site Execution, etc.)
Coordinate and supervise remote engineering teams for primary and secondary engineering tasks
Design power supply system architectures, perform sizing calculations, and prepare technical specifications
Evaluate supplier offers and support procurement processes with Supply Chain Management
Provide technical expertise during tendering and project execution phases
Translate customer requirements into optimized, compliant technical solutions
Lead technical discussions with clients, resolve site queries, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
Ensure safety, compliance, and engineering excellence throughout the project
Your background
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, with a focus on Power Electronics or Power Systems
7–10 years of experience in MV/LV power distribution systems, electrical systems design & engineering
Experience with DC power supply systems, power converters, energy storage, or harmonic filtering is a plus
Strong knowledge of engineering tools and software (e.g., BIM, CAD, ETAP, MathCAD)
Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills
Committed to safety, quality, and continuous learning
Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer and project meetings
Fluent in English and French; German is a strong advantage
