Main goal
Lead strategic projects to transform our campus by renovating, expanding and fitting out modern and sustainable workspaces. You will be responsible for quality, deadlines and budget, while integrating the principles of new ways of working and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. You will also contribute to the evolution of technical solutions and computer-aided facility management (CAFM) tools to ensure the continuous improvement and dynamic management of infrastructures and services.
Key responsibilities
- Supervising infrastructure and architectural projects (buildings, villa, sports centre)
- Designing innovative workspaces that promote well-being, performance and energy efficiency
- Coordinating architects, design offices, service providers and internal stakeholders
- Integrating technical solutions (mechanical, electrical and plumbing, IT, security) and optimising CAFM tools for proactive management
- Ensuring compliance with environmental standards and sustainability objectives
Requirements
Experience:
- At least five years of experience in managing and monitoring complex projects over all phases defined by the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA)
Education:
- Diploma in architecture, engineering or civil engineering
Languages:
- French / Proficient
- English / Advanced
Other requirements:
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD and CAFM and familiar with SIA standards
