Rolle:

We are seeking a talented, flexible, and customer-oriented Financial Controller and Business Partner to complement our dynamic team in the Finance and Accounting department. This role will support daily operations and key projects within our manufacturing plant in Reinach, Switzerland. A background in production controlling is considered a strong plus.
As a strategic partner to various business functions, you will ensure that financial insights support sound decision-making. Your contributions will be essential in both operational and project-based financial activities, focusing on process optimization, budget management, and treasury support.

Verantwortung:

• Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with business leaders to drive financial performance and enhance decision making

• Production Controlling: Oversee production financials, including standard cost and material calculations as well as variance analysis, to support production efficiency and cost control

• Process Optimization and Digitalization: Identify opportunities to improve and automate finance processes, ensuring scalability and accuracy in financial operations

• Financial Planning: Develop and monitor financial forecasts, cost control and resource planning

• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses to address specific business needs and support data-driven decision making

• Finance Support: Partner with the international finance team for cross-entity alignment and support, including treasury tasks such as cash flow management, reporting, and forecasting to strengthen liquidity and support strategic investment planning

Qualifikationen:

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, capable of identifying trends and insights within complex data

• Proactive and resourceful in tackling challenges with a solution-oriented approach to financial and operational issues

• Committed to providing excellent support to internal stakeholders and fostering collaborative relationships

• Keen on improving and digitalizing financial processes, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and accuracy

• Adaptable and willing to learn in a dynamic environment

• Fluent in both English and German, with strong communication skills across diverse teams and internationalstakeholders

• Degree in Business Economics (Uni, FH / HF) or equivalent commercial training with advanced studies in controlling

• At least 5 years of controlling experience within production companies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Offfice Tools especially Excel

• Proficiency in SAP is preferred

• Production controlling experience is a plus
