Project Manager in Genetics

Main duties

• Coordination of project management in the Innovation and Renovation teams
• Management of project teams, timelines, milestones, meetings, risks, budgets, and resources
• Support with documentation required for our Quality System such as development reports, and risk assessments
• Coordination of internal and external communication related to Innovation and Renovation projects
• Technical support of project teams with Asana
• Evaluation and feasibility assessment of project inquiries
• Participation and support of group project management
• You will be part of our PL team, which is responsible for cross-functional implementations, reporting into the group portfolio coordination

Who we are looking for

• University degree in Biology Sciences or equivalent, ideally with good knowledge in genetics
• Several years of work experience in project management
• Any of the following project management certifications are a plus :

• • International Project Management Association (IPMA®)
  • Project Management Institute (PMI®/PMP®)
  • Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2®) 

• User experience with Asana
• Strong communication skills, hands-on mentality with a high level of self-motivation, capable to work autonomously
• Customer-centered and problem-solving mindset
• Fluent in English, German and/or French
• Willingness to travel (<30%)

Location : Main office in Lausanne or Geneva, with activities in Zürich, Bern, Lugano, and Buchs.
