Global Maintenance Systems Specialist (f/m/d)

We are looking to strengthen the Global Maintenance & Metrology Team with a
Global Maintenance Systems Specialist (f/m/d)
You will be part of the Global Maintenance & Metrology team but physically situated in Thörishaus alongside the local SMEs. You will be in regular and frequent contact with your global team currently consisting of two experienced maintenance specialists and one technician located in site Kvistgaard, Denmark. Some travelling must be expected. This hybrid setup means that you enjoy working both independently and in teams.
What you may expect:
Owner and Administrator of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Ensure the system complies with HA/IT requirements.
- Implement updates in the system in collaboration with IT
- Train superusers in the Line of Business (LoB).
- Set up training system and training objectives for all roles in LoB.
- Provide system support to LoB.
SME and Driver in Cross-functional Maintenance Groups
- Ensure implementation of maintenance improvements and projects.
- Chair meetings
Develop systems and guidelines within area
- Owner and update of global procedures
- Communicate and collaborate with the global team and with local stakeholders
You will play a vital role in implementing a new Global Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) first in site Bern ( Thörishaus) , subsequently in Münich, and Kvistgaard sites - a scope encompassing all or many of above responsibilities
Your skills and qualifications
- Master's degree in relevant technical/engineering field (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, IT, pharmaceutical sciences etc.)
- +5 years of experience with maintenance
- Experience with regulatory requirements and GMP within the pharmaceutical industry
- Six sigma/Lean experience
- English and German - fluently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to train and support various stakeholders.
