About Our Client
For this assignment, we are partnering with a globally recognized life sciences organization based in the Basel Area one of the world's leading pharmaceutical and clinical research hubs. Our client operates at the forefront of drug development and clinical innovation, with a strong commitment to delivering investigational products with precision, compliance, and speed across a broad portfolio of active clinical trials.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end coordination of investigational product (IP) delivery across multiple concurrent clinical trials
- Serve as the central liaison between Clinical Trial Management, Clinical Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Analytics, and external partners
- Translate clinical requirements into actionable technical deliverables and maintain structured, transparent communication across all involved functions
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps and follow through until resolution
- Ensure consistent adherence to IP processes with a focus on traceability, documentation, and continuous improvement
- Lead and facilitate monthly cross-functional coordination meetings and contribute to portfolio-level reviews
- Support governance through clear reporting and portfolio-wide tracking
Your Profile
- Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related scientific field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Quality and/or Pharmaceutical Technology, Oral Solid Dosage Forms, and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g. GMP, Pharmacopeia)
- Solid understanding of clinical trial workflows and experience with CTMS, Veeva, or comparable clinical systems
- Background in dietary supplement product development and manufacturing is a plus
- Strong coordination and project management capabilities proactive, persistent, and execution-oriented
- Ability to lead without formal authority and align diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Confident communicator with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset, comfortable in fast-paced matrix environments
