YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for the successful organization, execution on site, and debriefing of all client events, including coordinating car reservations.
- You are the main point of contact for hospitality-related promotions and communications, such as creating newsletter, setting up subsidies or planning of weekly resource allocation
- Handling incoming requests, preparing offers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, while aligning with the Account Manager on any special terms.
- Reviewing and qualifying incoming leads such as tasting inquiries, sales requests, and eater referrals.
- Assessing the potential of sales leads and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate teams for follow-up, helping to maximize sales opportunities.
- Personally delivering goody bags to potential clients, in coordination with the Acquisition Manager.
- Managing client requests such as badge creation, voucher and prepaid card dispatch, and badge replacements.
- Overseeing sales materials inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and items are pre-ordered as needed.
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable experience
- Experience in hospitality, events, or customer success is a plus – passion and mindset matter most.
- Self-starter mentality with a hands-on attitude and ownership mindset.
- Collaborative team player who enjoys cross-functional work and fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
- Mandatory: Valid Swiss driving license (Category B).
- Non-smoker: You don’t smell like cigarettes and don’t smoke during the day; after all, FELFEL is about healthy living.
- Swiss or EU/EFTA work permit.
