About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Allrounder to support the daily management and strategic growth of our medical center at the praxis of Dr. med. Christian Eisenring. This role combines administrative, operational, accounting, and business development responsibilities, with the opportunity to contribute to the establishment of a second medical center.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support day-to-day administrative functions within the medical center.
- Act as a point of contact and coordinate with stakeholders in the United States/Canada, requiring strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Manage financial and accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Provide organizational support in planning and executing projects related to the setup of a second medical center. Assist management in operational decision-making and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Support business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, fostering partnerships, and contributing to growth strategies.
- Coordinate subject matter experts (SMEs) across different fields to support clinical analyses, contracts, and project execution.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations as required.
- Support ad hoc tasks and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written); ability to coordinate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Proven experience in administration, office management, and business development, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with bookkeeping or accounting software.
- Experience in coordinating SMEs across different fields, including clinical analyses, contracts, and project management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Flexibility to take on diverse tasks and contribute to new projects.
