An unserem Produktionsstandort in Hettlingen bei Winterthur werden für internationale Märkte qualitativ hochstehende Produkte wie Augentropfen, -salben und -gele aseptisch produziert, abgefüllt und verpackt.
To strengthen our team in Hettlingen, we are looking for a Product Quality Manager to start as soon as possible.

Ihre Aufgaben
Technical support for our customer products
Serve as Project Lead for quality related projects
Provide clear updates on Project status, risks and issues to stakeholders
Support with strong product quality expertise investigating and solving quality issues
Actively support department heads in identifying gaps, process improvements and their implementations
Actively support performance excellence programs
Represent the Director Quality in Meetings as needed and when it is requested
Ihr Profil
PhD or MSc in Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology or Chemistry.
Strong quality expertise and experience
Proven experience in sterile drug product manufacturing is advantageous
5-10 years of experience in GMP-regulated environments.
Curious and interested in innovation and improvement
Strong collaboration abilities across all functions and departments
Excellent communication skills as a point of contact across departments and functions
Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
Logical thinker and natural leader, comfortable networking and connecting people
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organisational abilities
