For Endress+Hauser Flow, we are looking for a strategic and people‑oriented leader as Head of Department Solution Business Development 80–100% (f/m/d) to drive global sales and business development activities for our solutions portfolio.

What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- lead and further develop the Endress+Hauser Flow Solutions sales department, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- develop and execute the global sales strategy for Endress+Hauser Flow Solutions together with Sales Centers worldwide.
- influence marketing, portfolio and industry strategies to ensure clear alignment with sales objectives.
- identify new business opportunities and collaborate closely with the Head of Project Execution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- take ownership of pricing and discount strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
- drive operational excellence across all “Market & Customer Development” processes and continuously improve performance using KPIs.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- hold a university/FH degree in engineering or a comparable field, ideally combined with a management qualification (e.g. MBA/EMBA).
- have strong experience in sales and marketing of process automation technologies and system solutions.
- are passionate about creating added value through solutions and digitalization.
- are a strong relationship builder with excellent global networking skills.
- demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset with a clear focus on results.
- communicate confidently in english and german and build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
