Biologic Drug Substance – CMO Management

In this role, you will provide technical support for technology transfer and commercial operations, with a strong focus on biological drug substance manufacturing. The MS&T team stands for smooth transfer of processes between internal teams and external partners, driving operational excellence and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Support commercial manufacturing performance during tech transfer projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deviations, manage changes, and drive process optimization.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (MS&T, Quality, Supply Chain).
• Build and maintain strong technical knowledge of upstream cell culture, purification, and process equipment.
• Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in biotechnology, biochemical engineering, chemical engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of GMP-regulated industry experience (or 5+ with a Master’s).
• Strong knowledge of mammalian cell culture, protein purification, and process engineering.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across diverse teams.
• Fluency in English; no additional languages required.
