Your Role

As Junior Portfolio Manager Operations at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are a valued member of the Multi Asset Team, which aims at providing investors with performing and robust investment solutions combining sound fundamental analysis and disciplined systematic processes. You provide the team with a strong operational setup, including the maintenance and development of operational processes and tools. Your excellence will resonate in all operational, reporting and investment proposals related areas.

Your Responsibilities

Implement investment decisions within assigned funds and mandates, in alignment with specific guidelines and in close collaboration with Senior Portfolio Managers, covering German-speaking clients

Develop and optimize the team's operational processes

Coordinate and support the preparation and execution of weekly investment meetings

Contribute to marketing and sales initiatives, including the preparation of investment reports, marketing materials, investment proposals, and RFP responses

Your Profile

Higher education (university / FH) preferably in IT

Similar experience in operations, backoffice or IT are a plus

Profound IT-affinity, in particular coding skills (incl. Python, VBA)

Ability to work with various stakeholder

Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability

Hands-on mentality, willingness to take responsibility as well as capability to work independently

Organisational skills and ability to work under pressure

Fluency in German and English, other languages are a plus
