What You'll Do

Build and manage relationships with commercial partners to grow healthy snacking brands internationally

Develop joint business plans and define market-specific Route-to-Market strategies

Visit markets regularly to understand local needs and support distributors

Analyse market data (e.g., Nielsen, retailer sell-out) and turn insights into actionable plans

Improve product visibility in retail using established activation models

Review performance regularly with partners and provide clear feedback

Assess pricing, value chains, and product assortments per country

Create business cases for new product opportunities

Track KPIs and report progress to the International Sales Manager Global Markets
What You Bring
-
Master's degree in economics, sales, marketing, or related field

2 years' FMCG sales or category management experience

Understanding of international business environments

Willingness to travel up to 30%

Strong intercultural communication skills

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Team-oriented, collaborative mindset with ability to work independently

Fluent English (written and spoken)
