Job description:
Your Responsibilities:
- Daily cash management, oversee cash pools and ensure the availability of funds in multiple currencies
- Execute intercompany funding requests, treasury payments, and FX transactions
- Manage surplus cash investments and oversee intercompany loans.
- Ensure the accuracy of short-term cash forecasting, analyze forecast deviations, and guarantee mapping accuracy in TMS
- Monitor and assess group companies' investing and borrowing activities.
- Perform intercompany settlement processes, including netting and interest calculations.
- Prepare and distribute monthly FX rates
- Maintain and administer e-banking platforms, the TMS, and trading systems, act as the point of contact for technical inquiries
- Analyze and monitor bank fees, interest rates, and transaction activity
- Provide training to affiliates on cash forecasting, e-banking, and TMS usage
- Assist in preparing treasury reports and participate in various treasury projects
Required profile:
Your ideal profile:
- University degree in finance, accounting or banking
- Initial working experience gained in a corporate finance department or / and banking
- Strong interest in bank related activities such as cash management and foreign exchange
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and an affinity for financial software solutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment and excellent organizational skills
- Team-oriented, self-confident and trustworthy personality with strong intercultural awareness
- MS Office proficiency (especially Excel)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German skills are a plus
