Senior PPC Manager (Paid Ads)

We are looking for an experienced Senior PPC Manager to join our dynamic team at Keloops. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on driving company growth and maximizing paid search revenue. Your expertise in PPC strategy, analytics, and campaign management will be essential as you work closely with our IT and performance marketing teams to create innovative acquisition strategies, make data-driven decisions, and ensure the scalability and effectiveness of our paid marketing initiatives.

Mission

• Develop, execute, and scale ROI-positive PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Social ads, native networks and programmatic platforms.
• A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to boost ROAS.
• Work closely with IT and performance marketing teams to align PPC strategies with business objectives.
• Manage ad budgets across regions.
• Monitor and report on KPIs daily/weekly/monthly
• Developing and testing new acquisition strategies to drive growth in competitive markets.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize existing PPC campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for new campaigns, channels, and audience segments.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and regulations in PPC and digital advertising.

Experience

• 3–5+ years of PPC experience (software, gambling, high-risk verticals is a plus).
• Proven success managing high-budget campaigns in competitive environments.
• Deep understanding of PPC platforms (Google, Meta, Bing) and ad networks.
• Data-driven mindset, strong with analytics tools (GA4, GTM, attribution platforms).
• Excellent written and spoken English (other languages a plus
