Are you an experienced Immunology support - HEOR professional (m/w/d) passionate about driving strategic evidence generation for global drug development? Join a leading pharmaceutical client to lead the development and execution of health economic models and support value demonstration in a cutting-edge immunology program. In this role, you will collaborate with global teams and external partners to deliver impactful HEOR insights that shape reimbursement and market access worldwide.
Your Responsibilities
Develop global economic models in partnership with UK teams and external vendors, including preparation for NICE scientific advice
Update global economic models based on final investigational results (FIR) for integration into HTA submission packages
Conduct feasibility assessments and design indirect treatment comparison (ITC) strategies to support HTA submissions
Partner with the Integrated Evidence Plan (IEP) squad to co-lead evidence generation activities relevant to HTA
Develop and implement a HEOR publication plan to disseminate key findings
Take HEOR lead responsibilities for Ianalumab (Sjögren’s Syndrome), working cross-functionally with country teams and global stakeholders
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HEOR or health economics research
At least 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
Advanced degree (Ph.D., M.D., MBA, RPh, or equivalent)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Proven expertise in HEOR methodologies and value demonstration frameworks
Strong customer- and patient-centric mindset
Deep understanding of payer and HTA evidence requirements and decision-making processes, especially ex-US
Experience in global or multi-country drug development and multidisciplinary collaboration
Demonstrated ability to influence Clinical Development Plans (CDPs) and Integrated Evidence Plans (IEPs) to address payer and healthcare decision-maker needs
Skilled in managing multiple product-specific and enterprise-wide initiatives
Solid knowledge of research methodology and statistical data analysis
Experience collaborating with quantitative scientists and analysts
Impact-driven with an agile mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and track record of fostering innovation
Strong project and process management capabilities
