Über den Job
This role combines laboratory expertise, field deployment, operational structuring, and small-scale development project management.
- Perform tracer applications at mining sites and cutting centers worldwide
- Ensure quality, compliance, and proper documentation of all applications
- Train local partners and continuously improve workflows and SOPs
- Establish and optimize PCR-based read-out processes
- Plan, execute, and evaluate pilot projects and feasibility studies
- Develop and document SOPs and ensure analytical reliability and quality control
- Coordinate with laboratory and quality management teams
- Develop and maintain a tracking system for tracers, samples, and results
- Ensure full traceability and documentation integrity
- Represent Provenance Proof on-site with professionalism and integrity
- Support digitalization and process optimization
- Contribute to operational development, identify bottlenecks, and support service scaling
Requirements
- Professional training as Chemielaborant EFZ (Swiss Federal Diploma) - mandatory
- High willingness to travel internationally (including remote mining locations)
- Flexible and adaptable personality
- Valid passport and ability to travel globally
- Experience in laboratory work (molecular biology / PCR experience is a strong advantage)
- Experience in structured documentation and quality-conscious environments
- Experience in handling small projects independently
- English (spoken and written)
- High degree of self-organization and reliability
- Ability to work independently in field and lab settings
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Comfortable working in international and intercultural environments
- Hands-on mentality
