Your Responsibilities
- Support People & Culture administration across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring full compliance with Swiss labour law, social insurance regulations, and internal governance standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Swiss social insurance and employee benefits, advising employees and managers on AHV, IV, ALV, pension fund, accident and sickness insurance, and family allowances.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee data and documentation within HR systems and personnel records.
- Manage complex benefits and insurance cases (sickness, accident, parental leave) in close coordination with providers and authorities.
- Maintain audit-ready P&C documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and digitalization of P&C administration processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with payroll, finance, and external partners to ensure seamless and compliant P&C operations.
Specific Requirements
- Swiss Social Benefits Expertise, strong knowledge of Swiss social insurance systems including AHV, pension fund, accident insurance, and sickness benefits insurance.
- P&C Administration & Compliance, extensive experience managing P&C administration processes with a high level of accuracy, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills, ability to interpret social insurance regulations, assess complex administrative situations, and develop practical, compliant solutions.
- Communication & Advisory Skills, strong ability to explain complex social insurance and benefits topics clearly to employees and managers.
- Organization & Process Management, structured and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple administrative processes, documentation, and deadlines efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written
