As a QC Project Lead, you’ll be the key interface between Quality Control, Production, QA, and external partners—ensuring alignment, compliance, and excellence across every stage of the manufacturing lifecycle.
?? Your Mission
Act as the single point of contact for QC in cross-functional project teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
Lead QC planning and execution for production campaigns, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Manage GMP documentation, change controls, deviations, and support audits and inspections.
Monitor QC-related project costs and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Coordinate and prioritize QC activities across departments with autonomy and strategic insight.
?? What You Bring
Master’s or PhD in biology, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, or a related field.
Experience in GMP environments and quality control is a strong asset.
Fluent in German and English—both written and spoken.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with Documentum, LIMS, or Trackwise is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, cross-functional teams.
