Junior Key Account Manager E-Commerce (m/w/d) 60-100%
Main Responsibilities
- Support full revenue and budget responsibility for assigned e commerce key accounts
- Support the development and execution of the e commerce sales strategy within the assigned area of responsibility
- Monitor sales, revenue, assortment, pricing, and promotion performance to identify concrete improvement actions
- Execute promotion and activation plans in close collaboration with Marketing and Product ManagementDrive operational excellence across listings, content, stock availability, and pricing consistencyIdentify growth opportunities such as new listings, traffic drivers, and basic commercial levers
- Support end to end project coordination, ensuring timelines, quality, and execution standards are met
- Build and maintain KPI based reporting to track performance and support decision making
- Support preparation of business reviews and commercial discussions with key accounts
Your Profile
- 2 plus years of experience in e commerce sales, ideally with marketplaces or pure players
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, marketplace dashboards, or BI tools
- Fluent English, German is a plus
- Structured, hands on, and proactive working style
- Good communication and collaboration skills
