Aufgaben
- Verwalte die Beschaffungsaktivitäten für ein definiertes Lieferantenpanel.
- Schlage Prozessverbesserungen vor und setze Lean-Prozesse um.
- Pflege Lieferantenverträge und überwache die Leistung.
Fähigkeiten
- 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Commodity oder Projekt-Einkauf erforderlich.
- Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Lösung komplexer Herausforderungen.
- Starke Kommunikations- und Verhandlungskompetenzen.

Wingtra provides efficient and reliable data solutions to a variety of industries ranging from mining, construction and agriculture to humanitarian organizations, environmentalists and wildlife monitoring groups.In this role you will be part of the Supply Chain Team team and cover the whole range of Supply Chain activities, from selection, contract negotiations, auditing, all the way to managing your part portfolio in serial production. You will have the opportunity to define policies in alignment with our overall operations strategy and deploy these to our suppliers. You will work within New product introduction projects as well as with our production team.

- Manage procurement activities for a defined supplier panel, including proposing future supplier roadmap strategies
- Propose Supply Chain Process improvements, defining and setting up lean processes with our partners to support Wingtra in scaling up, enabled by Rolling Forecasts and Inventory Management
- Perform sourcing with partner suppliers to support Wingtra’s production targets
- Maintain supplier contracts throughout the product lifecycle, and participate in audits, manage supplier performance monitoring and evaluation activity at the supplier
- Achieve defined Supply Chain KPIs (Quality/On-Time Performance)
- Ensure updated and reliable information related to the suppliers and the products in our ERP
- 3 years of Commodity &/or Project Buyer experience
- Highly analytical, being capable of solving complex challenges independently
- Strong interpersonal, reporting, negotiation and communication skills
- Audit and supplier evaluation experiences
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo)Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of LEAN management
- Solution-oriented, while managing priorities with different stakeholders
- Excellent fluency in English, any other language a plus
- Experience in similar industry or markets
- Knowledge in Legal

- Knowledge of certification and regulations e.g. EN9100, ISO 9001, ISO14001
