QA Project Manager 100% (m/w/d)

We are seeking a skilled QA Project Manager 100% for the Lonza AG in Visp.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the QA Project Management team

• Ensure Quality deliverables are met for all major milestones, especially Tech Transfer and Process Validation

  Manage and resolve high-risk compliance issues (deviations, change controls, and regulatory matters)

  Act as the Senior QA Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing risk-based decisions across all manufacturing and support departments

• Monitor KPIs and support all audits and high-level reporting

• BSc/MSc in Science, Biotechnology, or related discipline.

• Quality Assurance, Advanced Level 10-15 years.

• Managing Direct Reports, Advanced Level 10-15 years.

• English business fluent (written and spoken) is required.
